What is your return policy?
Rules for Return or Exchange:
- Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
- Item must be shipped to us before any refund or exchange is made.
- You must contact email@example.com to arrange return/exchange.
- If returning/exchanging the item as a result of improper fit, dislike in color, didn’t like the style, etc. you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- All sale and discount items are final.

How long before my order arrives?
We try our best to ship as fast as possible, however, we do ask that you understand we need 1-3 weeks to allow your item to arrive at your doorstep.

International Shipping: We DO ship internationally. Times for international shipping take between 3-5 weeks
Pre-Orders: With Pre-Orders we typically open up purchasing 1-2 months in advance, so please take note of that when you are purchasing any "Pre-Order" item.
International taxes and duties: If your local government imposes taxes and duties, you will be responsible for paying the taxes, duties, and/or custom fees. Please contact customs specific to your country for more information.
